Daget and Seble founded MY HOME, LLC in 2023 after experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding residential and community care for a child with complex special needs.
Their vision was to create a safe, structured, and compassionate home for children who often have limited placement options. Their lived experience drives the organization’s core values:

In 2025, MY HOME welcomed Luis Hernandez as CEO and LLC Partner. Luis brings extensive experience managing behavioral health programs across North Carolina.
Under his leadership, the organization is expanding its scope to include home and community-based services, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring that every child in our care receives high-quality, trauma-informed support.
Luis’s Focus Areas:
